Particularly good before bed

Serve: 1 heaped tspn per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Can take a drizzle of honey.

Tip: Great iced, remember to double the quantity if drinking cold. Optional: add fruit pieces, mint leaves, honey

Usage: Approx 2g per cup or 4g per cup if drinking iced

Particularly good for a mid-morning boost or after a meal.
